BeagleX 100 Enters TSA Checkpoint ETD Qualification Process

Analytical Detection has begun the U.S. Transportation Security Administration qualification process for the BeagleX 100 for checkpoint Explosives Trace Detection (ETD) applications.

The checkpoint program expands the certification pathway for BeagleX 100 beyond air cargo screening and will evaluate the system for use in the demanding operational environment of passenger-security checkpoints.

BeagleX 100 is based on Analytical Detection’s high-resolution, dual-polarity ion mobility spectrometry platform and is designed for rapid trace detection of explosives and narcotics.
