BeagleX™ 100HD
A dedicated drug detection device that will be specifically designed for H.R. 8663.
On December 23, 2024, the President signed H.R. 8663: DETECT Fentanyl and Xylazine Act of 2024 into law.
This legislation mandates the Department of Homeland Security to develop tools capable of:
1) Detecting and identifying drugs with minimal or no sample handling.
2) Precisely identifying drugs by separating complex mixtures with low concentrations.
At the Trace Explosives and Drug Detection conference in Ireland, we presented data showcasing the BeagleX™ 100’s ability to meet the requirements of H.R. 8663. Configured as a dedicated drug detector, the BeagleX™ 100HD demonstrated exceptional performance in addressing these needs. We are continually optimizing the BeagleX™ 100HD to align with H.R. 8663’s evolving requirements and to set a new industry standard for the accuracy and specificity of fast, affordable, field-portable narcotics detection.
